This week ScriptTank will be hearing No Word of a Lie – a screenplay by Sean Muircheartach.

When his partner and childhood sweetheart Lauren decided to go to university to study psychology, Essex native and car mechanic Chris went along with it. But now with her new friends and highbrow books Lauren has grown distant from Chris. Suddenly there’s a huge fight, the year abroad, he’d not been told about, some bitter home truths and Lauren is gone. It’s make or break but there’s no way he’s setting foot on a plane…

Sean Muircheartach is a pen name of ScriptTank member John Murtagh.

A feature length screenplay set in a foreign clime about finding who you are, what you want to be, what you could have been and if you’ll keep repeating the same mistakes.
