22 June – Red Blindfold by Ben Francis

This week’s ScriptTank reading sees Ben Francis return with a new draft of his stage play Red Blindfold, which was read in February.

Barry has had a fall at work, and he and his wife May are hoping for an insurance pay-out. They say that he can hardly hold a toothbrush. But ever since the accident Barry can’t stop painting pictures. If the insurance company find out they will be arrested for making for a false claim. So, somehow, Barry must be stopped…

The evening starts at 6:45 for a 7pm start at the Blue Posts pub, Rupert Street. The nearest tubes are Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus.
