ScriptTank’s Katharine Way is chairing a discussion on the current state of BBC’s radio and audio drama, with Sally Avens, former executive producer for the BBC’s Friday Play and Radio 4 comedy-drama, Marc Beeby, producer of BBC’s fantasy drama Pilgrim, and Nicholas Briggs of Big Finish Productions.
The WGGB’s notice will answer questions such as “What are radio producers looking for in a writer? How do the two work together?” and “What are the joys and challenges of writing for radio?”
The event will be held 7pm-10pm on Thursday, 21 April, at the St Albans Centre near Chancery Lane. Tickets are £5 for WGGB members and concessions, £10 otherwise.
